The Steps to Building Your Backyard Oasis

As much as we'd like to be able to have things done as quick as Amazon Prime delivers, there is a process to getting things done perfectly. Every town also plays into each timeline. We are dependent on the towns efficieny of their permit approval for when we can put a shovel into the ground.

Step 1: Consultation

Our team will come to assess the project, discuss your wants and take measurements.

Step 2: Design

In order to provide you with the most accurate quote, a backyard design is required. We will discuss all the details of your project and gather pricing based on the design of the project.

Once this is completed, we will put together a contract based on this design and work together to finalize the details.

Step 3: Deposit

Once the contract and quote is finalized we require a deposit to secure your spot in the timeline.

Step 4: Permits

Every town requires specific permits based on the level of work you are doing to your property. All pools require a) a pool permit application with all accompanied drawings b) a road occupancy permit (ROP). Locates are also another submission that is required for any type of construction.

Every town has their own deposit and fee structure for each of the submissions.

We include the permit application & drawing submissions, but do NOT cover any town fees associated with them.

Security Deposit: $2000 (refundable)

Once the permit has been approved by the town, we are able to begin your project when our crews are ready!
